Red Cross Opens Overnight Storm Shelters

The Red Cross of San Diego and Imperial Counties has opened two storm shelters for people displaced from their homes.  The shelters are located at:

 

Lincoln High School

4777 Imperial Ave.

San Diego, CA 92113

San Diego Humane Society is onsite to support pets.

 

Bostonia Recreation Center

1049 Bostonia St.

El Cajon, CA 92021

The City of Coronado has also opened a shelter for its residents at:

 

Coronado Community Center

1845 Strand Way

Coronado, CA 92118

 

The shelters offer food and rest for all in the community who need it. The Red Cross shelters will serve people with a wide range of needs, including people with disabilities, children, and seniors.
