Flash Flood Warning for Western San Diego County

The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Western San Diego County until 3:45 PM

Some locations that will likely experience flooding include Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Encinitas, La Mesa, Poway, Ramona and Del Mar.
