Flash Flood Warning for Northwestern San Diego County
The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Northwestern San Diego County until 11:45 AM.
Some locations that will likely experience flooding include Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Encinitas, Poway, Del Mar, Fallbrook, Valley Center, Escondido and Camp Pendleton.
