The San Diego Fire Department (SDFD) has reported an active wildfire burning off of State Route 52 between Tierrasanta and Santee.  It is currently over 40 acres, and the forward rate of spread has stopped.  There are no structures threatened and no evacuations.  Hikers had been asked to leave Mission Trails Park.
