Reverse 911 notifies Terrace Estates Residents of Extended Gas Shut Off

Early Friday evening, the San Diego County Sheriff?s Department used reverse 911 to advise Ramona Terrace Estates residents that gas is expected to be off until Dec. 24. 

Full reverse 911 message: 

This is the County of San Diego with an important safety message. Due to a propane leak at Ramona Terrace, the gas has been shut off and is expected to be off until December 24th. This impacts the Ramona Terrace Community only and will impact propane powered appliances like heaters, water heaters, and stoves. The Red Cross has set up a shelter at Olive Pierce Middle School gym at 1521 Hanson lane in Ramona. For more information call 211. If you have an emergency call 911.
