Brush fire in 4-S Ranch prompted Sheriff?s Department to issue a brief evacuation warning for the area of Dove Creek Road and Stone Cross Place. Residents who had evacuated to Westview High School at 13500 Camino Del Sur can now return home according to Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District.
