The City of Chula Vista has issued an emergency message due to a gas leak at Nacion Avenue and East Palomar. There has been a rupture of an eight inch gas line at Nacion Avenue and East Palomar Street. The Chula Vista Police Department are asking all residents to safely evacuate the area one half mile from East Palomar Street and Nacion Avenue. If you live south of East Palomar, please go south. If you live north of East Palomar please go north. If you live east of Nacion Avenue please go east. If you live west of Nacion Avenue please go west.
