High Wind Warning for San Diego County Valleys and Mountains from Thursday through Saturday
The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a High Wind Warning for San Diego County Valleys from 10/15/26 8:00 p.m. to 10/17/26 8:00 p.m. and for San Diego County Mountains from 10/15/26 6:00 a.m. to 10/18/26 12:00 a.m.
- Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines.
- Widespread power outages are possible.
- Strongest winds will be on Friday.
- Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use caution if you must drive.
- This storm may intensify, monitor local radio and television stations for additional information and other possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
