Extreme Heat Warning Issued Today for San Diego County Deserts

The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning for temperatures 104 to 109 degrees possible in the San Diego County Deserts, beginning at 10:00 a.m. today.

  • Stay inside or under shaded areas.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.
  • Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
