Coyote Fire in Potrero, Update
Evacuation Orders are in place for the Potrero area. The San Diego Sheriff's Department ordered evacuations on Round Potrero Road between Yerba Santa Road and Potrero Valley Road. Please drive slowly and watch out for deputies, firefighters and fire equipment.
A temporary evacuation point is set up at Mountain Empire High School located at 3305 Buckman Springs Road in Pine Valley.
Residents who need help with large or small animals can go to the Department of Animal Services Bonita Shelter at 5821 Sweetwater Road,, Bonita, CA 91902
CAL FIRE and San Diego County Fire report the #CoyoteFire is now 400 acres and 0% contained.
