Extreme Heat Warning and Advisory Extended through Saturday. Stay inside or shaded areas. Drink lots of water.
The National Weather Service warns that hot conditions up to 100 degrees will now be present for the San Diego County Valleys until Saturday, 7/29/23 at 7:00 p.m., up to 117 degrees in the San Diego County Deserts and up to 100 degrees in the San Diego County Mountains today until Saturday, 7/29/23 at 8:00 p.m.
- Stay inside or in shaded areas.
- Drink lots of water.
- If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.
- Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
